(4) Place your hand flat on the inside of the Heated Pet Bowl after five (5) minutes to feel for heat. If the surface is warm to the touch then the Heated Pet Bowl is operating correctly. Limited Warranty All Heated Pet Bowls are guaranteed for one year after the original date of consumer purchase or date stamped on the unit against defects due to material and the company’s workmanship only.
