The Deicer Base is compatible with RentACoop's 2 and 5 gallon drinkers, and it is capable of keeping the water ice-free with only a small amount of frost forming at well below freezing temperatures. To ensure frost-free drinking during the cold winter months, it is recommended to use nipples instead of cups.

Adjustability is a key feature of this product, as the Deicer Base is equipped with sliding tabs that allow you to securely hold your flock's favorite drinker in place. The tabs can be adjusted to accommodate drinkers of up to 12 inches in size, ensuring a snug and stable fit.

Crafted with quality materials in Europe, the Deicer Base boasts a 15mm thick PU-insulation at the bottom, which helps to efficiently direct the heat upwards where it is needed most.
